Carefully harvested and prepared, our burdock root is gently shaved into thin ribbons to preserve its natural properties and make it easy to brew. Burdock root has been traditionally used in herbal practices and is known for its earthy, slightly sweet flavor. It makes a smooth, grounding tea that pairs well with other herbs or can be enjoyed on its own.

Ingredients: 100% wild-harvested burdock root (Arctium lappa)

Preparation:
Add 1–2 teaspoons to hot water and steep for 10–15 minutes. For a stronger brew, simmer gently for a deeper extraction.
