Our goldenrod loose leaf tea is made from pure goldenrod leaves and blossoms, naturally harvested and carefully dried to preserve their natural qualities. Goldenrod is a natural dietetic, it has been traditionally used in herbal practices to support urinary health, help the body release excess fluids, and promote overall wellness.

Can be enjoyed on its own or blended with other teas.

Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup of hot water. Steep 5–10 minutes, strain, and enjoy.
